Interdiction Casino

Belgium :

  • The list of banned players is managed by the Gaming Commission (a state organisation). The 7th May 1999 Belgian law stipulates that the Gaming Commission pronounces bans from class I gaming establishments (casinos) and class II (gaming halls) for persons who voluntarily request them.

Customers can simply fill out a Request Ban from Gaming Halls form (see appendix) and send it with a photocopy of valid ID to the Gaming Commission at Brussels. The ban is valid as long as it is not cancelled by the applicant. The ban can only be lifted by registered letter and after a 3 month period of reflection.
