Nationwide
Anybody who wishes may voluntarily request casino access refusal in France.
The person should send a hand-written request to la Direction des Libertés Publiques au Ministère de l’Intérieur à Paris that will be shortly followed by an interview with the local correspondent from the Service central des courses et jeux de la Police Judiciaire. This procedure is to ensure the request was voluntary.
During the period of the procedure, the applicant can retract at any moment, although this will entail being added to the national list of prohibited players for 3 years. The measure is irrevocable. It can be renewed following expiry.
Casino managers are obliged to refuse access to any person on the national list.
